GrimmChat lets you build and embed AI chatbots on websites, operated by [Legal name]. By using GrimmChat, you accept these terms.

When using the crawl feature, you represent that you own the indexed website or have the necessary permissions to extract its content. GrimmChat does not verify ownership of submitted URLs and disclaims any liability for the unauthorized indexing of third-party content.

You must not use GrimmChat to: crawl websites you are not authorized to; collect personal data without the knowledge of the people concerned; or generate illegal, fraudulent or infringing content.

Chatbot actions are billed in credits via GrinGhost. You top up your wallet and set a per-site budget from your GrinGhost account. GrimmChat only charges within that budget and at the prices published on the Pricing page. No payment happens outside GrinGhost. Top-up, refund and credit-expiry terms are governed by GrinGhost’s own terms.

AI-generated answers are provided “as is” and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, [Legal name] is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
