What protects your brand and your data

Never makes things up. Grimm answers only from your content. When something isn't in it, it says so and points the visitor to you — it never invents facts about your business.

Your data trains nothing. Your content and your conversations are never used to train AI models. They serve one purpose: answering your visitors.

No tracking cookies. The widget sets no tracking cookies on your visitors. Conversations are tied to an anonymous session and clear on their own.

Card data never touches us. Payments run through Stripe on their secured pages — your card details never transit through our servers.
